At YOSE POWER UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your e-bike components and kits; if not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our UK-based warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
